How billing works
When the Family Plan launches publicly, billing will be handled through Stripe. Receipts go to the email on your parent account.
You'll be able to update your card, view past receipts, and change your plan from Settings → Subscription in the Parent App.
Cancel anytime
You'll be able to cancel from the same screen, with no questions asked. See Cancel or change your plan.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a charge, open Get Help in the parent app (Settings → Get Help) and we'll sort it out.
