Request a copy of your data

You have the right to access the personal data Koodos holds about your family, and to export it in a portable format.

How to request an export

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data export request".
2. Send the request from the email address registered to your parent account, so we can verify it's you.
3. We'll reply with an export of your account data.

What's included

Koodos practices data minimization, so the export is small:

• Parent account email
• Child profile names/nicknames and avatar selections
• Paired-device records (device IDs, OS type, online status)
• Aggregate screen-time usage (minutes per day)
• Your settings: screen-time limits, bedtime and homework schedules, blocking configuration

Koodos does not collect browsing history, specific websites visited, message content, or precise location — so none of that exists to export. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
